My Platform

Four Priorities
for Our Union

Clear commitments to strengthen HSAA for every member, in every profession, across every region.

Priority 01

Strong & Transparent Leadership

Members deserve clear communication and confidence in how decisions are made. I will strengthen transparency, improve communication, and ensure members understand the reasoning behind every decision. Trust builds strength.

Priority 02

Supporting All Professions

Our Union includes more than 200 professions. Every role matters. I will advocate for policies that reflect the evolving needs of our diverse membership, supporting students entering our professions and experienced members across every region.

Priority 03

Stronger Local Voices

Local leaders understand their workplaces best. I will ensure local perspectives are heard, respected, and reflected in Union decisions, especially when it comes to bargaining and workplace priorities. Strong locals make a strong Union.

Priority 04

Real Union Power

Unity must be backed by preparation and solidarity. I will support efforts that ensure members are informed, protected, and prepared in all bargaining outcomes, so we negotiate with confidence and stand together when it matters most.

"With clear priorities, strong local voices, and accountable leadership, we can build a Union that members can trust and rely on as we move forward together."
